Dog Stamps Plus will refund the purchase price under these requirements:
            > Ink Pads that are unopened and with original seal intact.
            > Tee-Shirts that are in the same condition as received:
· Not been laundered
· No Lipstick, Make-up or Other Smudges
            > Rubber Stamps - Never Been Inked
            > Original Shipping/Handling (S/H) charges for sending the order out to the
               customer will be deducted from your refund.
            > Dog Stamps Plus does not charge a restocking fee.
